Something from a notebook cell that has to run again. A cell uses a value, function or domain from an earlier cell that no longer matches that cell’s code: the cell doesn’t check any more, a value’s type has changed since it was made (as after a dim it uses changed), Python code assigned or deleted it, or it uses something that is out of date. Run the cell named in the message again.

dim D = 4
# In [2]
x = torch.ones(2, 4) as [2 D]
# In [1], changed and run again
dim D = 8
# In [3]
y = x * 2            # error: `x` is out of date; run [2] again to use this
